'America's Woman' wins Best Political Film at the Festival Napoleon sur les Champs-Elysees

The acclaimed documentary America's Woman - A Journey Into the Heart of America's Past and Future, written and directed by Marcelle Abela, has been awarded Best Political Film, after captivating audiences and jury alike during its French premiere at the Festival Napoleon sur les Champs-Elysees, held in partnership with the City of Paris. The festival was held at the iconic Club de l'Etoile Cinema, home to arthouse films and cult classics since the 1920s. Still going strong on the film festival circuit, America's Woman has won 23 awards to date, today's award being the first to be received in a political category. The documentary is set to have its Hollywood premiere on February 18 at the TCL Chinese Theatres, as an Official Selection in the 8th Golden State Film Festival.
